Big foot come's to GTS.

Today we had 2 cycle safety sessions. Our instructors were Courtney,Megan. In the first block we had to sit on the mat to listen to Courtney. She explained to us in 4 ways how to keep safe by riding on the road. The first thing she taught us was how to keep visible at night or day riding on the road. She said you have to wear bright colors or else nobody will see you if you riding on the road.Don't wear dark colors at night time or else you will fade into the darkness and you will cause a crash.Always wear a helmet at all times but not any helmet only the helmets a designed for bikes and check for cracks or you would crash and the helmet would crack and you would crack your head to so remember always wear a helmet. The final thing she told us was the 4 point check.when you go to the shops or to your naans and papas house and you get off and you come back like about 15 minutes later always check if your bike wheel is pumped and the quick release leaver is tight and your reflectives are good and check that your breaks are good back and front breaks.my favorite part of the day was doing all of the challenges that they setted up for us.And the hard thing was the part when the cones got very close and we weren't aloud to touch them.

Fantastic fish fingers bullying film.

In Term 3, we got the chance to make our very own films.
The theme for this year’s films, “confident, connected, actively involved lifelong learners”. Our teacher, Mrs Faalili put us into groups. My group was fantastic fish fingers and in my group was Moni,Me,and Khinlinn. We learnt about story boarding, different types of shots and angles as well as how to hold the iPad correctly.
Our film is a, Drama and it is about Bullying and making the right choice to apologise to the person that we were bullying. One thing I really liked about this whole filming process was the acting.
